About the Artist:

Spencer Harvie is a painter featured in Platform 2026, the Institute of Modern Art's annual emerging artist exhibition. He explores dark, surreal, nonsensical aspects of online and fan subcultures. Processing the slop of found, AI-generated, and imagined imagery within an elaborate cartoon logic, Harvie unleashes the psychosexual horrors bubbling beneath.
